Is this really free?

Yes. Your consultation and first in‑clinic acne treatment in this offer are free for new skin clients. To keep our diary running smoothly we take a £25 deposit when we confirm your booking. If you don't choose further treatment, you can simply have this refunded back to you after the treatment. Or this is fully redeemed against any treatment or skincare you choose on the day, so as long as you attend you don’t lose it. If you need to move your appointment, just give us 48 hours’ notice and we’ll move the deposit with you.

Will one treatment fix my acne?

No single treatment fixes acne overnight. The goal of this session is to assess your skin, start treatment and build a plan. Most people need a series of treatments plus homecare to see lasting results.

What if my skin is sensitive?

We have multiple products and technologies  and we will customise the treatment based on your skin. You will recieve 2 technologies + cleanser, serum, mask, eye cream, spf all customised to your skin.

What are the treatment plan prices that you will reccomend?

We have muliple different options for treatment plans. Majority of our clients opt for our Mytime Restore membership which gives you monthly fixed payments, access to all of our treatments and technologies for one set price, discount on homecare and different tiered plans starting from just £70 per month for advance customised treatments to fit your budget.
