Kayla is a highly qualified beautician with NVQ levels 2 & 3 in beauty therapy. She is a consiencious person and has had a lot of Salon experience before joining the BEAUTOLOGY team. During her previous employment she he has also gained extra qualifications in spray tanning, ear piercing and has completed a course in Fashion and photographic make up.
Kayla has a brilliant reputation for being trustworthy and always tries to help clients at the best of her ability making them experience great results.
Rosie Osborne
Rosie is also a highly qualified beautician she has completed a City and Guilds L1 course in Beauty Therapy and also has a BTEC national diploma covering such topics as electrical eplilation, eye lash tinting, make up and facial therapy.
Rosie has had a lot of work experience within highly prestigious businesses, her roles have varied from being a nail technician doing gel nail extensions and gel overlays to working as a beauty therapist, carrying out such treatments as IPL Hair Removal, waxing, tinting, tanning and massage.
Rosie has a great reputation for being a dedicated, hard working employee. She has a great personality and enjoys meeting and talking to new cllients, helping them get the best results.

At Beautology 'our' goals are to offer first class service, treatment and advice to help you achieve 'your' goals. If you are happy, we are happy.
Whilst our aim is to make you delighted on ever visit, occasionally we might not get it quite right. On those occasions, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee on all treatments.
In other words, if for any reason, you are not happy with your treatment first time around, we will do it again for free.
In the unlikely event that we do not meet our usual high standards, please speak to reception at the time of your treatment.
Safe Hands
Beautology, at Coldharbour Rd, is Registered with the Care Quality Commission to perform the clinical treatments in it’s treatment range.
Unless a clinic using lasers or Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Equipment is registered with the Care Quality Commission, it is operating illegally.
The Care Quality Commission is the Government regulator for NHS and Private facilities offering medical, cosmetic and laser/IPL/LHE procedures. The Healthcare Commission Governs and inspects registered facilities. Our expert team has in excess of 17 years experience and have completed more than 40,000 successful treatments.
Terms & Etiquette
Arrival
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for you to change and relax prior to treatment.
Cancellations
Please give us at least 48 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule. Otherwise we will charge the full amount of the treatment. Cancellations should be made by calling us on 0117 9446655. If you are trying to cancel outside of normal clinic opening hours please use the contact us form on this website. A minimum of 72 hours notice is required to cancel a booking of more than 1 person. Where a treatment from a course is missed without a cancellation with 24 hours notice it will be deemed to have taken place and will be deducted from your course.
Unforeseen Circumstances
If a requested therapist is not available at the time of your appointment, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. Rarely, due to circumstances beyond our control, it is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment time – if this is necessary, we will contact you by telephone where ever possible.
Quiet Zone
We would like you to think of Beautology as your own private ‘quiet zone’ where silence, subtle music and soft conversation reign. To ensure your relaxation and that of others is not disturbed, we request that your mobile phone is switched off during your Beautology visit.
Children
Children under the age of 12 years cannot be accommodated at Beautology - unless supervised by an adult during your treatment.
Client Confidentiality
At Beautology, we take the issue of client confidentiality very seriously. All personal information and treatment details are kept securely and in confidence and will not be disclosed to any third party.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards. All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of publishing.
Deposits
Please note there is a 50% deposit required for bookings of 2 hours or more.
Refunds
It is the policy of Beautology not to offer refunds for any treatment which has been completed.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be sold, redeemed for cash or products or transferred. Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the therapist at the start of your treatment. Our late cancellation terms also apply to gift vouchers - which will be voided at the clinic should you fail to give the required notice. Please check required notice periods based on the value of the booked treatment(s).
Unhappy with your Treatment or Service?
As part of our Continual Improvement Programme, we encourage feedback about the service received at Beautology. If you are unhappy with your treatment or service received, please speak to your therapist or the receptionist at the earliest possible opportunity.
